Implementation and partnership
What would it actually take to run your organisation on this?
What implementing Runcible Oversing involves
More than configuring software, and less than the multi-year programmes this category is known for. Here is the honest shape of it.
Runcible Oversing represents an institution’s structure, authority, and operating disciplines. That means implementation is partly a software exercise and substantially an exercise in stating how the institution actually works — which is often the first time anyone has written it down.
We are not going to tell you this is quick. We are looking for a small number of organisations to do it properly with.
What the work consists of
Four things, and only one of them is configuration.
- Describing the institution.Programmes, roles, decision rights, and the operating disciplines each function uses. Most organisations hold this knowledge informally. Making it explicit is genuinely useful on its own, and it is also the part that takes the longest.
- Configuring workflow and authority.States, transitions, permissions by state and role, approval cycles, delegation and alternates. This is the software work, and it is substantial.
- Bringing in the operating data.People, structure, commitments, and the live work. What integration is possible today is deployment-specific, and generalised integration is not yet built — see below.
- Establishing the authority boundary for Runcible AI.What is validated by a person, what is delegated, within what scope, with what escalation. This is a governance decision, not a settings screen.
Where to start
One consequential matter type, not the whole institution.
The failure mode for platforms of this kind is attempting the enterprise-wide rollout first. It produces a long programme, a distant payoff, and a configuration nobody has tested against real consequence.
The better shape is to take one class of matter that genuinely carries institutional risk — the kind where the reasoning behind a decision has to be defensible later — and run it end to end. That gives the organisation a working example of its own, in its own vocabulary, with its own authority model, and it gives both sides evidence about what implementation actually costs before the scope grows.
Runcible Oversing supports organisational shapes from a single team to a global enterprise, and separate data environments per organisation with region selection. Starting narrow is a sequencing choice, not a product limit.
Who does what
Consulting firms and systems integrators are the natural implementation partners, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
They experience the coordination problem this addresses more directly than almost anyone, they already do the institutional-description work as part of their practice, and they are equipped to implement a complex application. Our own implementation capacity is small and we are not going to claim otherwise.
In an early implementation, Runcible works directly alongside whoever is leading it. That is a deliberate feature of this stage, not a service level we are advertising as repeatable.
The design-partner programme
A small number of organisations, working with us on real matters.
We are looking for organisations that carry real institutional consequence, have a matter type worth doing properly, and are willing to work through the parts that are not finished yet.
In exchange: direct access to the people who built it, implementation shaped around your operating reality rather than a template, and genuine influence over what gets productised next.
What we are not offering is a pilot with a polished onboarding path and a support desk behind it. That does not exist yet, and pretending otherwise would waste your time and ours.
Self-service support, staffed assistance, help tickets, and packaged consulting — remote or via implementation vendors in person — are planned website and service surfaces once capacity exists. They are not available as a promise on this page. Until then, early implementations work through the design-partner path and channel partners named above.
Modernisation, security and enterprise hardening, generalised integration, repeatable implementation, support capacity, and measured customer outcomes all remain to be established. Every one of those is a real cost to an early implementation and each is set out component by component on What Is Built, What Is Not. Read that page before deciding to talk to us — it will make the conversation better.
